vacation thing southern Utah

oriented and it's going to be
easy totally cool and you can do it I managed show you how to make no matter
what your name is
I'm serious how to make it look very pretty professional an awesome
so the first thing I want to do is a look at his business card real quick

and basically what we're doing is I open it up
and show you guys how this works and you have your safe zone which is inside this
blue in this case and this is where basically don't want tax and everything
to go outside at because
what happens these a business cards get printed and she
in something stamp them out and that stamp is
is pretty close to good but it's not perfect so they want to be sure that
when you step it it's not going to stamp out
anything that is actually really important so that's why they put the
safe zone
than
trimming zone which is probably about where this thing will get stamped
again it's not
exact so this probably and then you have you bleed zone where
you have something that image-based like we do here you want that all the way out
to the edge
now image size here just got image image size its
by
inches
that's gonna get cropped in .1 inches so it's gonna be to buy

inches at the end in resolutions can be
pixels
per bitch part so this this specific and
business card template I think it's pretty good one but you guys might have
a different one
or gonna do is i mean actually bring in some of our images here in just kinda
put them right over top so we hold down SHIFT and click and drag

I think that you guys are gonna do really
quick easy job making a great-looking business card because
all it is is its gonna rely on your image is being great
which I know they are so thats at not that hard for you already

the resolution is probably not can be incredibly great so if it looks fine on
your monitor
probably gonna look fine and something like this big okay so that my solution
there
now if you do have something that's you know full-size this image
is quite a bit bigger and you can also use the crop technique
let's just hold down shift in command and
I can crop this in this is totally weird image
I know a lot on my images are very very weird
but I'm weird so there that is I
of this image is a little bit more normal maybe you could put her in there
or sizes little bit larger now the reason I'm sizing is larger I just pull
these off my own website so
am I didn't grab the full size images but if you did
and that and you won't have to upskill your images there
okay and if you wanted to go super fancy you can actually
use an image like this and you can rotate it
so when a person's looking into business card it's not long ways

min my last name and I'm sorry had to make it short name look good

the space in between the letters now this parade years actually gonna change
the sizing the distance %uh your letters so it's going to be like
skill your letters either white or smaller this over here
is going to be a change the distance between the letters themselves
so I recommend changing the top one out bottom on the bottom one looks like this
gonna look horrible just please don't do that
if you show me your business card and it looks like that I will
be disappointed so we just saw the one in said
omitting that like need a fifteen you can see the letters just get a little
bit closer together
net looks way better then messed around with that
so world we're really looking pretty good and
that the economic might name a little bit bigger
just cuz I kinda want to and know we're gonna do I need a line this
along the center so many command well down command and click on my name and
then
background layer and then I'm using a Move tool
and I'm gonna click over here you have your a line tools
you can either linus along the right along the center
along left where you can do the bottom the center or the top
so depending on how you want to do it let's just grab the center
there we go you can see it's just the lines this for the background layer
so now you have perfect spacing between the left and the right side of your name
you don't have to worry about like
is it actually perfect you know was it 1 pixel to the right or the left whenever
and now i cant find it along both center so we're aligned on both centres
and depth hurry up to you if you do wanna learn it on both centers are not
and
and then what you can do if you want to move it around
like I'm doing here if you hold down the shift key in law only let you move it
left to right upper down or to tackle see you will not shift in just drag it
down
never go and something like that actually works pretty well

image-based
